Frequently asked questions

Pure NMN or NAD+ Optimization: what’s the difference?

Pure NMN is a single ingredient. NAD+ Optimization combines 500 mg of NMN with a 500 mg Vitality Lift blend of creatine, D-ribose and niacinamide.

Can I take it under my tongue?

Yes. You can dissolve a scoop under your tongue or mix it into cold water.

Is NMN found in food?

Yes, in small amounts in foods like broccoli, cabbage and avocado, but far below the amount in one serving.

Do I need the NAD+ test kit to buy this?

No. The test kit is sold separately and is optional. Some people like to test before starting and again about 4 weeks in, to see how their body responds and adjust.

Is this the same as Zyndio’s prescription NAD+ therapy?

No. This is an over-the-counter dietary supplement. Zyndio’s prescription NAD+ nasal spray and injections are a separate program that requires physician review.

Nutrition and prescription care are separate.

These supplements are over-the-counter products and are not prescribed or physician-reviewed. Zyndio’s prescription NAD+ therapies follow a separate physician-reviewed care pathway.
