ZYNDIO stores the minimal visitor and member data needed to operate the site. That can include email address, consent timestamp, quiz answer keys, account records, and order-linked access metadata after sign-in or purchase.

The quiz and recommendation flow do not collect protected health records. Regulated programs may require additional medical intake, clinician review, pharmacy dispensing, or lab fulfillment through the providers involved in delivering that program.

Payment processing, order fulfillment, account operations, and lifecycle communications may involve secure infrastructure providers operating on behalf of ZYNDIO. Those providers may process only the data needed to complete the relevant transaction or service.
